Responsibilities

• To establish wireless terminals product accounts with worldwide operators in particular in Europe and North America.
  
• To creatively manage the contract relationship with operators and suppliers in the business deal.
  
• Close deals.
  
• Grow and oversee the sales department.

  Requirements

  Experience and general qualification:
  

• 8+ years sales experience in wireless service operators in Europe and North America.
  
• Must have substantial knowledge of the wireless communications industry, expertise in market research, product development, within the industry with a proven track record of accomplishment of selling to wireless service operators.
  
• Demonstrated ability to translate company level strategy and goals to executable sales plan.
  
• A preferred candidate would have experiences in both sales and marketing.
  
• Must have ability to create budget and manage expenses.
  
• Should have built sales teams.
  
• Strategic thinker, demonstrating the ability to develop business strategies to improve and grow business opportunities at the customer level.
  
• A great team player who works well with peers, superiors and subordinates.
• Must have the ability to appreciate the value user experience design in the wireless terminals and services.
  

  Education:
  

• BA in Business Administrations/Marketing/Engineering/Design.
  
• MBA or other higher degree is a plus.
  

  The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
  It involves extensive travels in Europe, North America and potentially Asia.
